HOFTEL Membership is open to hotel and serviced apartment owners who (i) pay management or franchise fees to a third-party brand on at least one of their portfolio, or (ii) receive rent from a third-party brands on at least one property and, in each case, are transparent and of good repute.  Membership allows two executives from each member to attend any and all of our private meetings and also to secure discounts at our public ones – a full breakdown of potential benefits can be found on the Member Benefits page.

There is a one-off £995 joining fee and the annual membership in 2022 is £2,095.

HOFTEL sponsorship is open to firms which provide expertise and services to hotel owners.  We have relatively few sponsors to ensure that (i) sponsors can get value from the relationship and (ii) the members are not overwhelmed.  Therefore, you will rarely attend a HOFTEL meeting with more than one other company in the same space (and often with no competitors at all).  Sponsors can attend all our private meetings (unless hosted by a direct competitor), appear on our website, contribute two articles each year to the Hotel Owners’ Journal and receive a 10% discount off sponsoring our three public conferences, GIOHIS, SEAHIS and AOHIS.
